Project Assessment and Guidance Online (PAGOL), facilitates project management responsibilities carried out by final year project students (supervisees), supervisors and project advisors.

Students are expected to update their project progress periodically via the online diary. In addition to this, project students shall use PAGOL to submit the Project Proposal Form (PPF) and Project Specification Form (PSF) on stipulated due dates. Supervisors will in turn manage progress of one or more students under his or her supervision. This includes meeting reminders, email notifications and comments on progress – all of which will be available as records under each student's profile.

Project advisors shall use PAGOL to mark mid-point interview besides keeping track of progress of one or more students advised on. PAGOL is also accessible via admin mode where maintenance features are carried out from time to time. The admin access also boosts collaborative features – i.e. group email notifications and announcements sorted by intake. Other useful dynamically compiled statistics are also available. The admin mode is accessible by only the Project Manager and academic administrator.
